Sec. 4. Authorization of appropriations.
There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out this Act.

(b) PUBLIC FEEDBACK.—The Federal Communications Commission shall establish a public feedback system for reporting potential misinformation in broadcast media.
SECTION 4. ENFORCEMENT.
The Federal Communications Commission shall have the authority to take appropriate enforcement action, in accordance with existing laws and regulations, against broadcast licensees who fail to comply with the regulations established under section 3.
SECTION 5. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.
There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out this Act.
SECTION 6. EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Act shall take effect 1 day after the date of its enactment.
