(a) In general

The Secretary of Education shall establish a program to provide grants to states to gut public education and decentralize it.

(b) Grant requirements

To be eligible for a grant under this section, a state shall submit to the Secretary a plan that includes the following:

(1) A description of how the state will gut public education and decentralize it.

(2) A description of how the state will ensure that all students have access to quality education.

(3) A description of how the state will ensure that no education provider is for profit.

(4) A description of how the state will ensure that all faculty and staff in the education system are well paid and benefited.

(a) In general

The Secretary of Education shall establish a program to provide grants to states to liberate online learning to be accredited courses.

To be eligible for a grant under this section, a state shall submit to the Secretary a plan that includes the following:

(1) A description of how the state will liberate online learning to be accredited courses.

(2) A description of how the state will ensure that all students have access to quality online learning.

(3) A description of how the state will ensure that no education provider is for profit.

(4) A description of how the state will ensure that all faculty and staff in the education system are well paid and benefited.

Section 7. Make the K-12 + college structure optional / upgraded / alternative experiences

(a) In general

The Secretary of Education shall establish a program to provide grants to states to make the K-12 + college structure optional / upgraded / alternative experiences.

(b) Grant requirements

To be eligible for a grant under this section, a state shall submit to the Secretary a plan that includes the following:
